Vision, Mission, and Goal



We aspire to design a sustained culture of collaborative mentorship at every site in Surrey, supporting professional growth and a sense of belonging for Surrey teachers.  


We are committed to building a co-constructed, responsive mentorship network based on the unique needs of beginning teachers, collaborative inquiry and research/evidence based practice. 


We create this culture by providing a variety of strength-based, non-evaluative learning opportunities, including:  

  • Ongoing professional learning session for teachers in the first five years of the profession and teachers new to role;  
  • Ongoing professional learning for mentors/facilitators; 
  • Peer to peer support and collaborative cohorts
