• engage in reflective and generative conversations to celebrate and honour success, to identify strengths and areas for growth.
• design, implement and facilitate ongoing professional learning opportunities for teachers in the first five years of the profession and teachers new to role.
• design, implement and facilitate ongoing professional learning opportunities for mentors, facilitators, and teacher leaders.
